Reading:  The Sleeping Pig-This story is about a pig who won't get out of a watermelon patch.  A small hero finally gets the pig to move.

*Please continue to read with your child each night and record it in their reading log.

Math:  Place value-Tens and ones.

Writing:  The students are working on adding more details in their writing and their illustrations.

Social Studies:  The students will be studying events in the past and the present.

*Please continue to check your child's agenda each day.  This is a great way for us to communicate with each other.

Feel free to visit in the classroom and come to eat lunch with your child.  Our lunch time is 11:30 am.
