Second Grade

April 23, 2012

Dear Parents,

This will be a busy and eventful week. Please note the following important announcements:

  1. Friday, April 27: Field Trip to NC Transportation Museum. Children may bring a canned drink and should wear closed-in (tennis) shoes — No Flip Flops are allowed! Please look at the weather to see if children need to bring a jacket. This will be a fun and educational day!
  2. Thursday, April 26, 7:00 PM: PTA Meeting & Open House /Parent Night. This is our last PTA Meeting and is followed by a Parent Night. Second Grade teachers will talk about what to expect in 3rd Grade!
  3. Thursday, April 26, 6:00 PM: Volunteer Banquet. All Morgan volunteers are invited to attend this banquet. If you have helped this year, please come. We would love to honor you!

For the next three weeks, Morgan teachers will be doing our final 3-D testing of the year. After that EOGs will begin, so the end of the year is upon us.
