Mrs. Winecoff's behavior plan

My class rules for good listening are:
EYES are watching
EARS are listening
LIPS  are closed
HANDS are still
FEET are quiet

I have a leveled stop light system consisting of green-go, yellow-yield, and red-stop. All students start out on green-go each day. If they break a rule, they move their clothes pin to yellow-yield. If they continue to break the same rule or break a second rule, they move to red-stop.
Students get a sticker each day that their clothes
pin stays on green or yellow.  Once a student has collected 10 stickers, they get
a treat from the prize box.
If a student has to move his or her clothes pin to
red more than one time per week, a note is sent home
to the parent.
Once a student accumulates three home notes, the
fourth is written up on a long form and sent to the office.
