OKEMO TRIP

is cancelled

As of today, we have only 33 people signed up for the trip and in order to run the trip, we need 55 people.  A more important factor is ski conditions, or in this case this winter, lack of good conditions.  Vermont has had no significant snowfall this season, most of the snow has been man-made and as every seasoned skier/snowboarder knows, this is far from ideal.  The mountain is not 100% open which leads to lots of skiers/boarders on the same trails as well as extremely icy and hard pack trails which is just accidents waiting to happen and I can not in good conscience be held responsible for the safety of all our skiers and snowboarders.  It was a tough decision since I have run this trip for the past 8 years!  Ms. P.

Our last session for 2012

In celebration a dinner of hamburger, cheeseburger, hotdog, or chicken nuggets, and small fries and a small drink will be provided.

Students need a ticket to hand the cashier and tickets will be provided at the mountain.
