Keyboarding
We are now entering our Word Processing Unit.. We are reviewing grammar skills, language skills, punctuation spacing, and spelling. This unit will teach students how to format font, align text, use correct line spacing, and insert headers and footers.

We will learn proper formatting for memos, business and personal letters, and reports. We will pay close attention to alignment, formatting, and spacing.

Keyboarding is a transferrable skill that will offer students an advantage as they enter high school and prepare for college or entering the job field. We will learn how to keyboard and begin word processing.
Business Computer Technology
Business Computer Technology is the next step after keyboarding. This class will enable students to learn more about word processing, spreadsheets, databases, power point presentations and publishing.
