Lesson Plans for November 16 – 20
1st period – Spanish II Students will finish their minimum of six paragraphs determining the correct form of the preterite or imperfect. Those who have finished will have a choice of working on their children’s books or doing a cultural Christmas project or both. Santiago will work on the perfect tenses and the direct and indirect objects.
2nd period – Spanish I Monday: All students will research today. Homework: work on trips. Tuesday:: Some will research while others work on AR regular verbs and review the irregular verbs. Homework: work on trips Wednesday: A reverse of Tuesday; those who researched yesterday will do a more advanced study of verbs and look at indirect and direct object pronouns. Homework: work on trips. Thursday and Friday: Students will work on AR verbs and irregular verbs. Advanced students will work on direct and indirect object pronouns. Homework: work on trips
3rd: 2nd year Monday: Do oral presentation with Curtis. Work on preterite and imperfect. Tuesday – Friday: read stories to determine the correct preterite and imperfect forms.
3rd and 4th year Monday: Do oral presentations. Luna and Isabel will pair up; Gabriela and Elisa will pair up. Eva and Carmelita will prepare for the presentation on Wednesday. Ricardo will prepare for his presentation on Wednesday. The others will do grammar review after their oral presentations. Tuesday: work on projects and grammar. Wednesday: in library for presentations Thursday: grammar review day Friday: Felix and Juany will help do conversation over parent/student relationships.
