 I am Dr. W. Dwayne Robertson , and welcome to Dr. Rob's World of Music at Woodleaf Elementary and Millbridge Elementary Schools.  I am the music educator at Woodleaf Elementary School on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and I serve Millbridge Elementary School on Thursdays and Fridays. For those who have a child (or children) in my music program, I hereby declare that we have engaged upon a rigorous journey this year of music exploration and evolution.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns, questions, or feedback about our music program.

Wow, is the school year flying by or what? And, double-wow, we really have the music activities happening left and right at Woodleaf and Millbridge! There are many wonderful learning experiences in store for our students. The third and fourth graders at both Millbridge and Woodleaf are continuing their work on "Seussical the Musical". The third and fourth grade Woodleaf students are scheduled to perform the musical for the PTA meeting on April 3rd. The Millbridge students will most likely perform the musical in daytime matinees at the school for their classmates. 

My enhancement team colleagues and I will do some neat Dr. Seuss activities within integrated sessions at each school. Around spring break, we will do integrated sessions around a "tropical" theme. Fifth graders at each school are now rehearsing for the system-wide Rowan-Salisbury Fifth Grade Honors Chorus performances in March. One group will perform on March 9th and one group will perform on March 16th.

Hobbies:  Traveling (Anywhere in The United  States) and Dining Out (Mexican and any steak over 20 ounces), U.S. Geography, Presidential History, and Sixties Adventure Television (The Wild Wild West, The Prisoner, Mission:  Impossible, etc.)

Most Inspiring:  Musician Elton John, Author Dr. Seuss, Actors Patrick McGoohan and Robert Conrad, Wrestler Ric Flair, and Comedian Steve Martin
