Plant a seed - READ!
Welcome Back to school after a nice long Christmas vacation! Our Days are busy with lots of reading and writing of great stories! We continue with our sight words! Our word wall continues to grow! We are working on starting our sentences with a capital letter and ending them with the correct punctuation mark. This is a very exciting time in Kindergarten and we "hit the ground running"! Don't forget about "Share Time" - we look forward to that every day. In Social Studies and Science we will begin our unit on Weather. Please continue to read nightly and return the baggie book the following day! In math we continue to count, write and make sets to 20. We are working on one more and one less and getting ready to do some addition! HOW EXCITING! Make sure we have up to date information in case of bad weather or early dismissals!
