Dig Into a Great Book!
Fall is in the air! We are looking forward to cooler days and watching the seasons change. We are busy learning many new and exciting things with our Reading Foundations Program. We are learning the sounds, writing the letters correctly and beginning to use both of these in our writing! These are exciting times! In math we are continuing with numbers 0 - 5 as well as 6 - 10. We are patterning, graphing and writing our numbers correctly. In writing, we are learning about starting certain words with a capital - not all words with capitals. We are learning that stories are just our words written down. Continue reading nightly and writing down all books that are read. Look for take home readers the week of the 10th. My how time flies!
