Welcome to Coach Mills' Physical Education Class.
Uniform Policy : Students are to wear Black Shorts with an athletic t-shirt (no specific color required) that are not ripped, torn, have holes or have cut off sleeves. Any pattern on the t-shirt must meet RSS Code of Conduct handbook. Sneakers are to be laced securely to prevent injuries from occurring. A breach of this policy will incur a deduction of 4 points from their grade for the quarter. Health Class will last for 2 weeks at a time with a 6 week (approximately) block of PE in between.
Class' have just completed a Flag Football week. This week Oct 5-9 we will be looking at Basketball skills and small Basketball games CGMS FOOTBALL 7th Grade vs NRMS Result 20-28 (2-1) 8th Grade vs NRMS Result 0-30 (2-1) NEXT WEEK @ SEMS ONE TEAM ONE FAMILY ONE SPIRIT.
