This week in U.S. History the students will be exploring the causes and effects of the Progressive Period on the underpriveledged of the United States. Please emphasize with your child the need to read and comprehend Chapter 15. The students will be required to read a section each night. The important topics of these sections are to understand who economically and socially changed the governmnet to aide citizens of the United States.
The following is the schedule for the week.
Monday: The students will have a quiz on Progressivism.
Tuesday: The students will have an independent activity.
Wednesday: The students will have a test on the Progressive Period.
Thursday: The students will have an independent activity on WWI.
Friday: The students will have an independent activity to complete on the World War I.
This week in World History the students will be exploring how the Renaissanec impacted the various societies of Europe. Please emphasize with your child the need to read and comprehend Chapter 14. The students will be required to read a section each night. Also, this week your child will need to begin thinking about constructing a trebuchet or a bio-bottle.
The following is the schedule for the week.
Monday: The students will have an independent activity.
Tuesday: The students will have a test.
Wednesday: The students will have a study guide to work on during class.
Thursday: The students will have an independent activity.
Friday: The students will have a quiz.
