Tuesday, September 29, 2009 6A Homeroom: Please try to get to school early tomorrow. We will be leaving to pick up the preschoolers PROMPTLY at 8:00. If you have a sibling in the preschool class, you may be dropped off there. We will walk the children to the science lab where we will work with them on the oceanography project during our science period. Algebra: Cumulative Review of Ch. 1& 2 due tomorrow Math 76: Problem Set 20 due tomorrow 6th and 7th grade science: Second "current events in science" report is now overdue; it was due today. Third report is due Wed. October 7. Seventh grade class: Please note that there was a major earthquake with resulting tsunami in the South Pacific Ocean today, near American Samoa. This news fits in perfectly with the chapter we just began. 6B and 7th grade science: Start to study the key vocabulary for your new chapter. 6B: Chapter 1 in WEATHER AND CLIMATE; 7th: Chapter 2 in DYNAMIC EARTH. 6A will start the new book on Thursday. 6A & 6B: Remember to keep checking on your mold experiments. 8th grade science: Since there was a test today, current events assignment may be handed in tomorrow.
