Back in School!

Welcome to Mrs. Wild's Class Webpage!

We hope you will visit the site often to check out what

we're learning and what exciting activities are going on

in our classroom.  You may also find ways that you can

help out.

September 2009

What are we learning?

Language Arts :

Our focus for reading is setting.  Ask your child what the setting of their individual book is and if it is important.  Ask them how the story may be different in a differnt time and / place.

Please ask them how many Reading Counts Points your child has acquired.  Remember that they not only are required to earn at least 25 points this quarter, but also to have a percentage of at least 80%. You don't want to miss out on our reward!  This quarter ends on October 20 so the halfway date will be September 21!

They will have math practice sheets from time to time to re-inforce skills learned in class.
