Supply List

2 composition or spiral notebooks (graph paper preferred), four-function calculator (scientific calculators will not be allowed), pencils with erasers (mechanical preferred), ample supply of loose paper (line and graph), checking pens (any color as long as it is dark enough to read), hi-liter (any color as long as it is not dark), tissue box, large cloth textbook cover (to cover at home textbook to be issued)

Expo dry erase markers (black or blue),  tissue box,  baby wipes & disinfectant wipes, tennis balls, copy paper rim

90-100 = A     87-89 = B+     80-86 = B     77-79 = C+                    70-76 = C     67-69 = D+     60-66 = D     0-59 = F

Test = 40%     Quiz = 30%     HW = 20%     Classwork/FCAT = 10%

Extra Credit:  Quiz and Test Practice

Students are provided the opportunity to improve their academic success by taking the textbook on-line readiness quiz, chapter test, and standardized test practice. Every chapter on-line quiz/test with the score of 100% will earn the student five points of extra credit towards their "Homework" category,worth 10% .  A printed copy of each of the scored test(s) must be submitted to the teacher any time before taking each chapter test in order for the student to receive the credit. Also, students will earn ten points of extra credit each quarter for keeping a neat agenda with all assignments copied and notes from the teacher signed by parents.
