Parents,

In Language Arts, I generally do not give a lot of written homework.  Most homework is studying for quizzes and preparing projects.  The students will usually have at least one quiz a week.  Please check back regularly to find out important dates for quizzes, tests, and projects.  Students will receive study guides or worksheets that we have reviewed in class that they are to use to help study for tests and quizzes.

Genre Quiz - Friday, August 26 (students received a copy of this powerpoint last week and highlighted important information)

Upcoming Projects:

Book Report - Due September 30th (Students went to the media center yesterday to check out books and received the requirements for the book report today.)
