Dear Parents,

Hooray for sunshine and a Rams win!  It was very difficult for the class last week dealing with the morning darkness, torrents of rain, and indoor recess.  Hopefully we will be much better off this week.

I have no reminders for this week, so we'll move on to next week:

-Monday, Nov. 9th  Picture Retakes

-Wednesday, Nov. 11th  Veterans' Day  Also, the last day for our Christmas Toy Collection.  The kids can bring in a new toy or game any time between now and the deadline.  We appreciate your help with this project, and know that the people it serves will be very grateful as well.

-Thursday, Nov. 12th  Parent/Teacher Conference Day  Hopefully you received the reminder about this in your child's report card envelope.  I'm looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child's progress in 3rd Grade.
