Dear Parents:

Wow! Didn't February just fly by!  Well, we are now getting closer to our Spring Break.

What kinds of books will you have for your child(ren) to read for the month of March?  There are so many to choose from, especially Dr. Seuss Books.  Today is his birthday and all the students will be participating on some activities set up by the teachers during the day.

The students continue to test themselves on the Accelerated Reader each day.  Some of the students have done a great job with their reading.  They check out two or three books weeklyand test on them as soon as they finish reading it.  We are so proud of all the students who continue to read on their own. 

Our Montessori Students have exceeded their expectations.  They just love to listen to us read and then when they take the test, their big smile after they see a 100 on their test paper makes it all worth it.  They just love reading so much that they challenge themselves by trying to read a higher reading level and past the test.

Thank you so much for giving your child(ren) the gift of reading and don't ever stop.
