1.      Agenda and Journal Writing:  Choose one or both of the following prompts and discuss fully!  Remember to write ½ to one full page in your journal.

a.        Every day you see many items you can’t name.  For example what is the plastic at the end of a shoestring called?  What do you call the bits of paper left behind when you rip a piece of paper from a spiral notebook?  Create names for three everyday items that have no name or whose name you do not know.

b.      You have been selected to make a speech that will be broadcast on national television.  What will you speak about?  Write your speech.

2.      Go over “Prepositional Phrases Used as Adjectives” worksheet.  Directions for “Prepositional Phrases Used as ADVERBS”

3.      Go over “Feathers and Fur” test from Wednesday –check together
