Mrs. Willing's Reading Class

In class we are reading "Superfudge" and working the skills such as predicting outcomes.

Mrs. Willing's Spelling Class

At the start of third marking term students were given a new homework list.  Please make sure students are completing the correct assignments each night and turning in their work each morning.  Thursday night is dedicated for studying please study with your student so they can successfully pass their Spelling test on Friday.

Mrs. Willing's Language Class

We are working on verbs this month.  Students already know action verbs, past, present, and future tense verbs.  Students are still working on irregular verbs.  This is a difficult for some students.  Please discuss these at home with your students.

Mrs. Thomas' Reading Class

Students are working in their Literature Circle groups.  We are also focusing on writing and skills such as predicting outcomes, cause and effect, and text features.  Students should be reading their Literature Circle books each night and have their calendars signed.

We are focusing on Irregular Verbs.
