Parents please be aware that although assignments are posted on SPAN, the due date varies for each assignment (check the due dates blog as well as the Student Assignment Checklist available under the downloadable documents links at the bottom of the schoolnotes page).  The final portfolio submission for all assignments is January 18, 2011.

The posted assignments are the assignments that we have covered through December 10.  The grade reflects those assignments that have been turned in and graded  Students have the option of getting those assignments checked off as soon as they complete them or waiting until the January deadline, it is their option.

Please ask your child to show you the portfolio items they have completed and cross reference that with their assignment syllabus which should be in their notebook & is also available online.

Completed portfolios for 2nd quarter are due Tuesday, January 18, 2011.

Lab/Activity reports:  due 2 days following the conclusion of the lab.  If the lab is a multi-day lab, the lab write-up is due 2 days following the last day of the lab.

Clock Responses: clock responses are assigned on Thursday due the following Tuesday.  They should be turned into the brown bin located on the front teacher's desk.

Projects:  Most projects have individual due dates.  Those dates will be announced at the beginning of the project.
