Welcome to Art Mrs. Blackmon, Room 501 We are starting our 2nd quarter classes! Each student will be creating a personalized folder then begin their new projects! In this class students will be learning about drawing, painting, pottery, sculpture, bookmaking, printmaking, and art from many cultures around the world. We also focus on aesthetics art history. Each week the students will be introduced to a new artist or art form! We analyze how art can be used as a form of communication and to better the world around us! These are a few of the many things we will be studying and creating this quarter. More information to follow! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE THE STUDENTS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE RECYCLED ART SHOW!
