Our officers are President-?, Vice President-Cher Hermann, Treasurer -Shannon Crawford, and Secretary-Angela Cook.



At our monthly meeting is the 2nd Thursday at 7:00 in the Miami R-1 cafeteria.



We are going to have a Carnival in the spring. Hooray!!!!!!!!! We are really looking forward to having this for our students. We are going to have an outside one with the inflatable games and games such as dart toss, duck pond, and others.  These games are not included in the wristband cost.



The date of the Carnival is 30 April 2010. We have some organizations that are going to set up some booths for items.



Don't forget that we are saving Nestle labels, and Best Choice labels. We are no longer collecting Campbell's labels. The company changed the requirements for us to collect them. Send them with your child to school and then they are delivered to Mrs. Cook. Thanks.



There is a contest in place for the class that brings in the most labels (of the ones we collect) each month. The contest runs October 2009 to April 2010. The class that brings in the most labels will receive candy bar and coke. At the end of the year, the class that has the most cumulative total will receive a pizza party.

Now that you are near the end of this you can see that we have many activities planned for our students to be involved in. We love our school and we want to assist in making it the best that it can be.



If you would like to be involved but are not able to come to the meetings, send your email address to myself or one listed at the bottom of the notes page and you will be added to the email list to know when things are going on for the PTSO. We would love to have new faces get involved with the school and their children.

Our previous President had a computer crash and was unable to forward the emails for the ones that want to stay updated on PTSO.  If you would like to be on the list to receive updated emails, please send an email to Angela Cook with address located at the end of the message.
