The following is the homework assignments for the Orton-Gillingham/Compensatory English class for the week of 9/29/08 to 10/3/08:

 Monday - 9/29/08

The student will practice sound out phonemes:  br, cr, fr, gr, pr, tr, thr, shr

The student will segment the following words and write a sentence with each one:      brat, crutch, drop

The following are sight words that the student should study and practice spelling, then write a sentence with each one: print, red

Tuesday - 9/30/08

Segment words and write a sentence with each:  fresh, grip, press

Sight words:  Practice spelling and write a sentence:  run, said, see

Wednesday - 10/1/08

Segment words and write a sentence with each:  trudge, throb, shrink

Dictation Test - Friday - 10/3/08
