Kindergarten
We are working on listening and thinking about what we hear.  We are also having a lot of fun walking and galloping around the room.  When you're outside try switching from jogging to walking to galloping with right foot front then left foot front, then skipping.  Have a blast!!

Come on in and have some fun!
What all will you have learned
when the year is done?

See you soon,
Tiffany Garcia

First Grade
Our program is almost here!!  I will send home the words and how to say the Italian (Robinson), German (Hollifield), Spanish (Burleson), and Catalonian (Gregory) this week.  We finished learning the verses to Pat-a-Pan (France) for Miss Dolby's class today and we will complete our Polka for Mr. Elliott's class this week also.  Thank you for your hard work!  Your families will LOVE the show!!

(Remember, when we sing always face front and keep your eyes on Mrs. Garcia :-)

Second Grade

We are finishing our weather song this week!  Everyone will learn to play the melody on the 17-note bells then we will put the whole thing together.  I brought my rainstick and everyone will get a chance to use that!  Be ready for pics, too!  This project will be entered for the Academy Awards later this year.  Let's make it shine!!

Third Grade
We are learning the relationships between notes and why they are named what they are named.  We are also ready to add instruments next week to dramatize a poem and perform our own rhythms.

Fourth Grade
See Third Grade.  We are working on the same skills right now.

Mrs. Garcia
