Welcome Back
Thank you for visiting our class webpage to see what we are learning and exploring. This page will be updated throughout the year to keep you informed of our daily schedule, homework, news, and lessons learned.
Reading- We are currently reading stories about Natural Disasters . This week, we are focusing on volcanoes around the world. While studying volcanoes, the students will work on lots of hands on project that will explain how volcanoes form and what causes them to erupt.
Grammar- We are continuing to review nouns while expanding our learning on plural and singular possessives nouns.
Writing- We are focusing on personal narrative prompts.
Science- We are getting ready to start our weather patterns unit in science. Keep searching our class page for news and information concerning this unit.
Social Studies- We are currently working on our Elections unit. The students are engaged in lots of group work, hands on projects, and oral presentations.

October 27- No school for students
November 4- Election Day- No School for students
Novemeber 5- Field Trip to Horizon
