Middle School Volunteer Opportunity

Winter Family Fun Day ● March 6, 2010 ● 3:00pm – 5:00 pm ● WHMS Gymnasium

The Friends of WHMS are seeking Middle School volunteers to operate concessions during Winter Family Fun Day. There will be popcorn, pizza, cotton candy, and beverages. Responsibilities include keeping track of items sold/inventory, as well as, providing accurate pricing and change to your customers. You will be asked to arrive at school 1/2 hour in advance for training on the concession machines.

Friends will donate the following amounts to your Amsterdam class trip fund:

3-6 volunteers: $100 (for two hours)  7-12 volunteers: $200 (for two hours)

In order to create a work schedule in a timely manner, we would appreciate a list of volunteers by March 1st. Please return a list of volunteers and anticipated shifts to the
