Welcome to Advanced Functions!
This course is designed to be an exit high school class for college-bound students not planning on math related careers. Â It reviews most Algebra 2 skills and introduces concepts in probability, statistics and trigonometry. Â Students should be prepared for college level math after successfully competing this course. Â Students may exempt the teacher made exam if attendance and grade requirements are met as stated in the student handbook.
Materials needed:
3-ring binder and notebook paper
pencils
graphic calculator  (Students have access to TI84+ calculators in class.)
This is an advanced math class and students are expected to work hard and take good notes in class. Â Assignments will be given most nights and are posted in the classroom.
Please feel free to contact me by email or voicemail (704) 855-7297 ext. 2111, if you have any questions or concerns.
I am looking forward to a great year.
Mrs. D Bendig
