Third Grade - China Grove Elementary

2009-2010

 

 

I can't believe half the year is over.  Where has the year gone?   Please continue to look for problem areas in your children's work.  We are working hard on making them responsible for their work and for checking back over their work here at school.   Homework will be completed on a nightly basis.  Please check over your child's work and discuss what they have learned each day at school.  Don't forget to sign their agenda each night.  Also make sure your child is reading and completing their reading log.  This is an easy grade of 100% each week.  Look for a stamp as a sign of good behavior.  We are having a wonderful third grade year.  Please come by and have lunch with us anytime at 11:05.

    Your child has an account in the cafeteria that you can put money into.  Anytime you send money, make sure it is in an envelope with your child's name, pin number, and teacher's name on it. 
    Our lunch time is     11:05-11:35. If you plan to eat with your child, go by the office and sign in first before coming to the room.  We look forward to seeing you at lunch.day

    Our class is split amongst the other third grade classes for enhancements this year.  We now have two ART, PE, and MUSIC teachers this year.  Please make sure your child has on proper shoes for their PE day.
