Dear Parents,

My name is Jellethia McCormick.  I am the PK3 and PK4 teacher at CCS.  I am looking forward to an exciting year and meeting each of you.  Below is a supply list for our classroom.  Please bring these items at open house on August 6th, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (with the exception of the backpack and red folder).  Bring these two items on the first day of school, August 9th.

For all children:

2 boxes, 24 count crayons - primary colors

1 red, plastic folder with prongs and pockets

1 10 count pack of washable markers - classic colors

4 large glue sticks

1 pair primary scissors

1 large baby wipes refill

1 hand sanitizer

1 bottle Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface Spray

The items below should have the child's name on them:

Backpack, 2 plastic pencil boxes, paint apron, nap mat (plastic preferred - if you already have a cloth mat it will be okay for this year), change of uniform clothing (including socks and underwear), and a lunch box.

Girls only:

1 pack 12x18 multi-colored construction paper

2 boxes Kleenex

1 pack 100 count plastic forks

1 pack white lunch bags

Boys only:

4 rolls paper towels

1 pack 100 count plastic spoons

1 pack brown lunch bags

1 pack 100 count paper plates
