Homework Your child will have certain homework assignments weekly. These are as follows: Spelling. Your child has weekly spelling homework. Spelling words will be copied down weekly in their agenda. The direction sheet should be in their reading folder. Please also see spelling directions on the bottom of this page. They will choose three activities to complete and turn in each Friday. Reading. Your child is responsible for reading at least thirty minutes nightly. Students may choose to read library books, books checked out from the classroom, or even their textbooks. The title of the book should be written in their agenda and an adult should sign each day to show that this assignment has been completed. Students should be practicing multiplication facts and high frequency words DAILY! This is very important for your child to succeed in 4th grade. Please contact me at school through e-mail (stanleyae@rss.k12.nc.us)or phone (704-639-3009) if you have any questions or concerns. Together we are building tommorow.
