Membership in the Electoral College is based upon a state's population.  Each state has a minimum of three members (one for each U.S. Senator and one for each Congressman).  California currently has the largest number in the electoral college.  How many votes does California have at this time?

Answers will be accepted from 4 p.m. on Wednesday until 7 a.m. on Thursday.
