This will be where you will write your research paper. We will be concentrating on the McCarthy Era and its affects on society, literature, and its causes.

Question:  How does one person get a grip that scares anyone who disagrees with his/her ideals? Has this happened before? How does the literature of the time reflect the events of our society, and how do writers make a statement about the injustices? Do they draw a parallel between current events and events from some 200+ years ago legitimately?

Well, ladies and gentlemen, that is exactly what you will be researching.
