Friday 10/3

Parents,

Many of you have had questions about SPAN being updated.  SPAN will be updated at the beginning of next week with make up grades and new assignments.  Too many students got behind during the first half of the first quarter and I have been paying the price trying to get make up assignments graded.  Because SPAN is now available for all to see, I hope during the remainder of the school year we will work together to keep the students up to date on all missing work.  Please remember that when your child has missed school, they should check the board for what they missed and get the assignments turned in right away.  Also, please remember that come 7th grade, policies for late work may not exist.  Learning to get assignments turned in on time will prove to be very valuable.

Thanks,

T. Smith
