Welcome to Mrs. Criscuolo's Schoolnotes Page! YEARBOOK NEWSYEARBOOK ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN DURING CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK $23.50 Kindly make checks payable to OLPH. Order forms will be sent home with the 'carriers'. If ordering multiple books, simply place one order & list each child's name AND grade on order form. Thank you! A school-wide e-mail was sent several weeks ago to alert parents of your ability to directly upload pictures to the publisher's site. I have the ability to access & choose images from what you send for use in the yearbook. Please be mindful that I am limited to include children presently attending OLPH involved in school related (or N.D. or BECA feeder activities), since it is a school yearbook. The link to the yearbook (School Annual) site is on the OLPH school website. If you need the password simply send me an e-mail. I will not publish it on a public site. You do have the ability to upload from devices other than a computer however, due to the nature of the small screens, you must scroll down to receive entire set of directions & 'accept' the terms & follow directions to complete the download. It's probably best to upload from a computer. IF YOU WANT TO SEND A HARD COPY OF A PICTURE, SIMPLY SCAN IT AT HOME - 'SAVE AS' A jpeg or TIF IN THE 'SAVE AS' OPTION BOX & complete the upload. I opened the yearbook for winter activities. Thanks for your help & have fun with gathering pictures. If you have pictures of the 8th graders 'through the years' I would appreciate if you could do the same & upload to School Annual site. Simply scan the image at home, SAVE AS A jpeg or TIF and upload. The younger-the better! Physical Education
********All children in grades 1 - 8 must wear a uniform for Physical Education class. Please refer to school handbook for the dress code for Physical Education.Sneakers should provide good support & be tied properly. If a student chooses to wear the skater style shoe, the laces must be traditionally tied.

NOTE: If a student has a medical restriction from a doctor at any point during the school year, they need to bring a medical release to me once the doctor releases him/her to participate. If you have any medical concerns you may always e-mail me.
