Week of October 26-30, 2009
Earlier this year we received funds from the Dollar General Literacy Grant. The title of my proposal was "I Heard a Good Book.", in reference to audio books. Last week I submitted the order for new audio books, so they should arrive before Thanksgiving. I am very excited about expanding our audio library. I am also preparing to send in a book order this week. Those books should arrive before our Winter break. We have so much to look forward to in the fall semester. Remember to "fall back" this weekend as the time changes from Daylight Savings. Have a great week as you consider all of the wonderful possibilities ahead of you!
