Biology (1,2,3 Blocks) 4-8 May 2009 On Monday of this week, we will review the plant/animal kingdom and ecology. On Tuesday the students will take a practice end of course test (EOCT) and on Wednesday we will review and discuss the results of this practice test. The students will take the Georgia Biology EOCT on Thursday. This test accounts for 15% of their total course grade. This past Friday (May 1st) I mailed out a letter to the parent/guardian of all of my students who are in jeapardy of failing biology. The primary reason for these failing grades is the failure of the students to complete and turn in assigned work. There are three weeks remaining in the semester so it becomes imperative that this work is completed. As I mentioned in the letter, please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss your students progress. |
