Fall News
READING, WRITING, AND SOCIAL STUDIES TOPS OUR LIST.

Language Arts students - Journal Writing and Reading Selections begin our class each day. Vocabulary Books have been given out and students have completed the first unit. Students should be studying their vocabulary words each night.
Students will be going to the computer lab to produce a holiday newsletter. They will need a hard back 1/2 inch notebook to use for the next three years. This will part of their preparation to pass the computer competency test. All students must pass this test to receive a high school diploma.
In Social Studies, we continue the study of Europe. World War II is the focus as we read the novel, Number the Stars.

Ask your child what they do in school. Open communication and positive feedback from you goes a long way in demonstrating the importance of education. Thanks for all you do to support your child!
