![]() February Happenings We are on the move with our studies. During the month of February we will be reading selections that demonstrate how our nation grew from 13 colonies to a land rich in cultures, people, and places. As we study the 1800's we will see how force and motion have played a key role in the development of technology and economics for North America as well as its neighboring countries. Please ask your child about the connection they are seeing between force and motion and the expansion our our nation. In math we are digging into geometry and finding new ways to measure, classify, and identify figures. There will be a great deal of vocabulary in this unit so please have your child practice these terms daily! Please continue to stay updated on our class happenings by visiting Mrs. Pruitt's Place. You can easily navigate there by clicking on the link below! Thank you! Mrs. Pruitt |
