 Happy Thanksgiving! A huge thank you to all parents and guardians who attended report cards conferences. The home-school connection is vital to the success of your student. I have reviewed independent reading goals with students and AR points needed for 2nd quarter. Students know they should read a minimum of 30 minutes per day. I need your help to ensure students are reading and completing any tasks assigned each day. Between now and Thanksgiving break students will continue to study the regions of our country with a special focus on the New England and Southwestern regions. We are continuing our study of weather patterns, clouds, and wind. Ask your child to keep an eye on the weather by watching the news, checking on line, or listening to the radio!
