This week we are finishing up the first units in both classes. Social Studies classes need to turn in the "Create a Country" project by Wednesday, and those students should be working on the first ICE assignment (due Sept. 18).

We are continuing our study of Literary Genres and Elements in Language Arts, and Geography in Social Studies.
There will be a Literary Vocabulary Quiz for the Language Arts classes on THURSDAY, and a Basic Geography Quiz for the Social Studies classes on TUESDAY.
