This is Career Education Week for students. The JVS is visiting Monday, LCCC is visiting Wednesday, and various volunteers from the community are visiting on Friday.

HELPFUL INFO.:

Students may do ONE entry for the week's reading.

Students may use their chapter book or reading textbook story for R&R. They may also use a free read book, magazine, or newspaper. Students may read silently for R&R. Read and respond is checked daily.

Spelling "Packets" include all the workbook pages and 3X each from the week. The packet is due Friday, when the test is taken.

The reading "packets" are similar, containing all the reading workbook pages completed during the week. It may also contain comprehension questions. The reading packet is usually due on Thursday, when the Story Test is taken.

Language "Homework" also includes items that MAY not have been completed in class.

Students have a 20 min. study hall at the end of the day.
