Basic Library Policies for the 2009/2010 School Year:
Students: 1. Students may checkout up to 5 books. 2. Checkout period is 14 days. Fines are 5 cents per day. If an obligation is owed, then nothing can be checked out till that obligation is paid for. 3. Students entering the library must be accompanied by a teacher or have a permission slip explaining the purpose of their visit. 4 Library Hours are 7:30 am to 4:15 pm Monday through Thursday and on Friday the hours are 7:30 am through 3:30 pm. Teachers: 1. Teachers may schedule the library at any time, just contact Mr. Laxton and setup a schedule. 2. Teachers have indefinite checkout, but are responsible for returning items in a timely manner. Computer Lab Policies: 1. The computer lab is provided to supplement the curriculum and not for personal use. 2. The computer lab equipment is to be treated with care and respect. 3. No food or drink in the computer lab. 4. Teachers may schedule the computer lab for class use. A calendar is provided for scheduling. Please refrain from excessive booking, teachers in violation may be asked to rebook to allow others access. |
