It is mandatory that students come to class prepared everyday to class.  History Notebooks will be collected soon.  Failure to come prepared to class may result in academic penalties.

YOUR CLASS NOTES MUST BE IN ORDER AND ALL NOTES UPDATED.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THE NOTES TAKEN IN CLASS.  IF YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR NOTES DUE TO ABSENCES THEN YOU SHOULD SPEAK WITH A RESPONSIBLE CLASSMATE TO LEND YOU THEIR NOTES SO THAT YOU COULD UPDATE YOUR NOTEBOOK.  NOTEBOOK GRADE IS A MAJOR PART OF YOUR GRADE  

IF YOU ARE MISSING CLASS HISTORY NOTES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET ALL MISSING NOTES FROM A RELIABLE STUDENT.  

YOUR NOTEBOOK GRADE IS 10% OF YOUR GRADE.  FAILURE TO HAVE A WELL PREPARED, LEGIBLE, AND ORGANIZED NOTEBOOK WILL RESULT IN A CONSIDERABLE ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCE.  IF YOUR NOTEBOOK IS NOT ORGANIZED, LEGIBLE, AND UPTO DATE, THEN THERE IS NO WAY TO PREPARE FOR FUTURE TESTS, MIDTERMS, AND FINAL EXAMS.

If you were absent to class, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to get you notes from a classmate.  No exception to taking this test on the day assigned. 

1- FOR TESTS:
BE SURE TO LOOK AT THE TERMS FOR TEST LISTED BELOW TO HELP YOU STUDY FOR TESTS.  THERE YOU WILL FIND THE TERMS FOR THE NEXT TEST BUT YOU MUST USE YOUR NOTES. THE LISTED TERMS ARE SIMPLY THERE TO HELP YOU REVIEW THE TERMS THAT WERE COVERED IN CLASS.  

Also, if you are absent for a test day YOU MUST MAKE UP THE TEST IMMIDEIATELY THE DAY WHEN YOU RETURN TO CLASS.  It is your responsibility to tell the teacher you must make up the test the day you return.  If you do not you may not make up the test and it will remain a zero.   Even if you have not excused your absence, you must still make up the test the day you come back from the absence.  Then, after you excuse your absence from the office then your zero will be changed to what ever grade you earned on the day you took the make up.  However, it will remain a zero UNTIL you justify your absence note.  Please contact me via email if you have any questions
