Welcome back!!

Just a reminder. 

• The school dentist, Dr. DePetrillo, will be visiting Brown Ave. around December.  He will be conducting dental screenings only on those students who did not return their yellow dental card dated in 2010.  Please return your dental cards ASAP.

• All 4th grade students are required to have a complete physical exam before entering the 4th grade.  Physical exam forms are located in the health office.  Please return the completed physical exam with the physician's signature ASAP.
