Ending the school year 2008-2009:

Students must hand in their book on the exam day AT THE LATEST!  Seniors will not be able to walk across the stage unless they have handed in their book or paid for a lost book.  If the book is found the check will be returned.

1. Please make sure that your child has his or her own book. The cost of the book varies from about $65 - $68. Fixing the binding costs $5.



2. This is a very important time for students to be in school and to complete all assignments. With exams coming up, students will be missing important instruction, practice, feedback, quizzes and homework. The quarter ends Friday, June 5. Period 6 Exam is Monday, June 8. Juniors and Seniors will be taking the Trigonometry Exam at the same time. Juniors who are exempt still have to come to school during the senior exams and will continue to do work that will be evaluated later in the quarter. Exempt Juniors will not have to come to school the day of the final exam for underclassmen.



3. Senior exams are June 8 - period 6, June 9 period 1 & 2, June 10 - periods 4 & 5, June 11 - periods 3 and 7, June 12 - Make up exams. Graduation is June 17.



4. Underclassmen exams begin June 18th - periods 2 & 1, June 19 - periods 4 & 5, June 22 - periods 3 & 6, and June 23 - period 7 and makeup exam day.

5. I am available each morning starting at 6:30 and I am usually available Tuesdays through Fridays after school unless there is a meeting or I have an appointment
