CLASS NEWS: We will have a fun filled last week of school. Check out what we will be doing each day this week: Monday: Craft day-students may bring playdoh, beads, coloring books, stickers, anything that is "crafty." Tuesday: Game day- students may bring in board games, electronic games, or a card game. Parents, please only have your child bring one game for their electronic device. Please send games at your own risk. I cannot be responsible for lost/damaged games. Wednesday: Outdoor Fun day- Students may bring outdoor items like hula hoops, bubbles, or sidewalk chalk. Thursday: Movie day- students may bring in a pillow, blanket, or stuffed animal. These need to be able to fit in their backpacks. Also, they may bring an additional snack for the movie. Friday: End of the year party at 1:45. No siblings are allowed. Reminder -- Afterschool Clubs will not meet the last week of school (May 21-25). Please make arrangements to pick-up your student at their regular dismissal time. **Parents, thank you for a wonderful year. I have enjoyed teaching your child, not only academically, but spiritually also. I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing summer. I hope to see you in second grade! |
