Hi, I want to first extend a late welcome to all parents of this year's students. We are all looking forward to a great year in ICC. Students will need to do a few things nightly for homework that will take very little time. A spelling packet will be given out with the new spelling list on Mondays. Please complete a page or two of the exercises nightly and study for the test. The practice test will be on Thursdays and it will be a written test. Students have been successful using oral retakes for missed words. Spelling packets will be due on Fridays unless otherwise told to. A real important part of learning to read is practicing with someone while you read. I am asking if each parent can read with their child for 10 minutes, it would be greatly appreciated.
