Welcome To The Seventh Grade C.M. Eppes Middle School
The Seventh Grade Teachers: Mr. Brook – Math and Science – Room 205 Mrs. McClellan – English/Language Arts and Social Studies – Room 203
Required Supplies for core classes: Two (2) three ring binder (1 ½” binding) #2 pencils (mechanical is okay) Color pencils Highlighter Composition book Five section dividers Black or blue pens Continuous supply of paper Four (4) folders with paper clasps and pockets Please check with your child throughout the year to ensure that they keep adequate supplies!
Lock for Lockers: In order to use the school lockers students must purchase a school issued lock. School issued locks are made by Masterlock with a combination wheel on the front and a universal keyhole in the back. Our principal and custodial staff have this key for safety and emergency reasons. If outside locks are placed on lockers they will be cut off. New locks cost $6.00. These are to be purchased from the home room teacher.
The Basic Classroom Rules and Expectations: 1) Stay in your seat unless you have permission to leave it. 2) Raise your hand and wait for permission. 3) Follow instructions without delay and stay on task at all times. 4) Bring required materials to class every day. 5) Turn in completed assignments on time. 6) Keep your hands, feet and objects to yourself. 7) Do not bother or hurt others physically or emotionally. 8) Walk in the school building – DO NOT RUN.
