What's New?
    Please continue to read with your child each night and complete their reading log. Reading logs will be collected at the end of each month and students who have read nightly will receive a Pizza Hut coupon.

    Homework is very important. Please be sure your child is completing their homework for reading each night and completing their math homework by Thursday each week.

    Positive rewards are a great thing everyone at Hurley is incorporating this year within our classrooms and our school. Students are encouraged to always do their best and good behavior is rewarding weekly, monthly, and quarterly. You can keep up with your child's behavior by checking their number in their agenda each night. All students start on 4 and are rewarded on Fridays if they stayed on 3 or 4 all week.

  • Reading - Theme 5 (Family Time)
  • Spelling (Orton Gillingham) - Initial Consonant Blends
  • Social Studies - Changes in Communities and Families Over Time
  • Math - Topic 8 (Adding 2-digit numbers)
  • Science - Sound
