Mrs. Yost's ClassroomJan. 2010 A.R. Reading- Encourage your child to read and take A.R. test.Reading- We will be reading stories about winter and special days. The 12 Powerful Words continue to be a major focus in our studies.
Math- We continue to work on graphing and temperature. Keep studying Multiplication Tables daily. Writing- I will be sending home further samples of your child's writing. Continue to look over these and see that your child is using correct mechanics in their writing. Science- We will be focusing on the Planets, Moon, and Sun for the next few weeks.
