 Dear Parents, This is the final AIG School Notes Page for this year. EOG tests were done well by my students. I do not have the final scores yet, but you will receive them along with your child's report card. This has been a very successful year for my program incorporating kindergarten through fifth grade. I believe a lot of thinking skills were improved. Fourth and fifth grade math students were able to advance substantially beyond their regular grade level in terms of math know-how. Students kept notebooks which I hope they'll hang on to for next year. We had several good projects in reading class as well. If you've been reading this page, you know all about those activities during the school year. I hope all of you have a good, relaxing summer with some reading time and maybe some fun math time. Fourth and fifth graders may have some ideas for a summer vacation to some nearby places. I've shown them some slides and students were quite interested. Again, have a good summer so you'll be ready to go again in late August. |
